It’s a stressful tough job that breaks your heart everyday. I don’t know anyone who’s a nurse, I’m not a nurse but my wife watches many nurse talk about getting abused on the daily. Maybe the administrators that sent them home should spend a couple days taking care of the covid-19 patients under the same conditions.

Sooo if they could get backup RNs after they asked the others to leave then why couldn’t they have gotten them the help they desperately needed to begin with? That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.
