I was a Girl Scout, as was my daughter and granddaughter. It teaches girls responsibility and respect, also how to camp. It’s not just selling cookies. Hillary, you are so beautiful and smart! I admire everything about you and how you’ve lived your life with such integrity. The world is a better place with you and your family in it. I can only imagine all the good you could have accomplished for the. Thank you for everything that you have done for our Country; not just Girl Scouts. I am really sad that you were cheated out of being our first Woman President of The United States! I was a Girl Scout 4 years some of the most memorable years of my life growing up! Yay!! I was a Brownie and a Girl Scout in Troop 27, Inglewood, CA during the late 1940s and early 50s. I will be 80 in a few weeks and still have my sash with all of my badges. I was a Brownie in circa 1965. But, my parents were divorced in that year. My mother could not longer afford the expenses.But, I was a Brownie. We had so much fun in Girl Scouts! Field trips, camping and crafts. And that song, which now is stuck in my head! Being a Girl Scout shaped my interests, values, and sense of responsibility to others and to the planet. Such an example for girls everywhere. The last four plus years could have been so wonderful if Hillary had been elected! Girl Scouts are a wonderful organization.
