When I mail in an early voting ballot, you can check online they got it, and the voter registrar checks your voter registration and your signature match. If there is any question, they contact you. There were a few here and there found, but most were done by white Republicans, so where is your argument. I get medications by mail and I have yet to have a problem. The US mail is probably one if not, the most dependable secure systems in the world.
