The Amendments, when adopted, did not create any so-called constitutional rights or grant the government any power over individual rights; they placed additional restraints and qualifications on the powers of the government concerning the rights enumerated in the Amendments.By advancing the myth that Amendments grant the American people their individual rights, the government has illegally converted enumerated restraints and qualifications on its power into legislative, executive, judicial and administrative power over individual rights. The government claims it was granted the constitutional authority to determine the extent of the individual rights enumerated in the Amendments and/or impose reasonable restraints on those rights. This assertion is absurd. The government does not have the constitutional authority to ignore, circumvent, modify, negate or remove constitutional restraints placed on its power by the Amendments or convert them into a power over the individual right enumerated in the particular restraint. Reparations, get stuffed, I don’t owe anyone anything, but this holiday just moves our oblivious national community closer to such intangible debt declaration. Screw Juneteenth, I will never take it as a holiday, I do not need too. And I sure as fuck don’t need a day to know that slavery was wrong and did great damage to my country. It also does nothing for me to help me be more empathetic to the American Black community. Maybe I deserve a Volga German day recognition for the plight of Lutheran Germans who had to emigrate out of the former Czarist regime and escape Orthodox persecutions. That and a farmer day to recognize how the territorial ranchers plagued the farmer in the 19th and 20th. Labvengers Labrador Avengers Marvel

Maybe we should establish May 10th as a day to remember the indentured servitude of the Chinese to build the Transcontinental Railroad. Maybe June 25th should have been called Five Points day to remember the mob put-down of Irish rioters against the rich and English in Manhattan. Maybe we should have October 6th as Matt Sheppard day to remember a homosexual boy who a couple of Wyoming wranglers beat to death and nailed to a prairie fence post. back in 1988. Maybe all of this should just concentrate on what needs to be done to take care of people, to include dealing with communities within our culture who feel someone owes them.
