- Transparent Vinyl Decal has 3-part layers. The bottom layer is the backing paper, the middle layer is the vinyl decal, and the top layer is the transparent transfer paper.
- To apply, you simply peel the transfer paper off of the backing paper. Next, place the transfer paper on the surface that you’ve previously prepped, use a hard card or credit card to rub it down, and make sure the vinyl has properly adhered. After that, peel the transfer paper off, leaving the vinyl behind.

at first i was worried bc of the fact that the packaging was pretty small but when i opened it it was pretty nice, the outside is a little rough feeling but the inside makes up for that by being extremely soft! it fit nice, i am a bigger guy but it fit exactly how i wanted it to. It was nice and wide but not long like the other types of hoodies you’d find on etsy but it was a perfect length! I’d definitely buy again from this seller.
