That’s a ridiculous plan and it defies logistics. What’s he going to do next? Every week it’s something new he has to do to make things right.. And none of it makes a lot of sense. He’s got thousands of homeless people living on subways who aren’t wearing masks and aren’t practicing social distance but yet he wants to test every taxpayer who’s hiding in their home.. It’s ridiculous. Furthermore the only people he should be testing are the hospital workers, they’re the ones who will spread coronavirus also unknowingly, because they’ve been exposed to it so much. There’s no way that Cuomo is going to test every single person in New York for antibodies, and it doesn’t matter anyway overly much because you can have antibodies but the test isn’t always accurate. It’s an absolutely ridiculous idea. This whole situation has gotten completely out of control.
